Park Hotel Group has launched Destination, the group’s third brand in its portfolio. Positioned as a select service, midscale brand that aims to “provide quality and affordable accommodation in prime, central locations”, Destination will debut in Singapore with Destination Singapore Beach Road, a 300-room hotel scheduled to launch in the second quarter of 2017.

Avian Líneas Aéreas, the new subsidiary of the South American company Synergy Aerospace, has taken delivery of the first new-generation ATR 72-600 to fly in Argentina. The airline intends to start operations of its new ATR -600 series fleet during the first quarter of 2017, commercially branded as Avianca Argentina, following the carrier’s current certification process.

Finnair will also add capacity to Thailand during the winter 2017 season. Two additional weekly frequencies will be added to the Bangkok route, bringing the total number of flights between Helsinki and Bangkok to 16 weekly.
