According to data compiled by STR, the U.S. hotel industry reported positive year-on-year results in the three key performance metrics during the first quarter of 2017. Compared with Q1 2016, occupancy rose by 0.9% to 61.1%, ADR increased 2.5% to US$124.27 and RevPAR jumped +3.4% to US$75.92.
