Travelport GDS signs New Agreement with SilkAir. Travelport GDS has signed a new agreement with Singapore Airlines regional carrier, SilkAir. The new agreement will extend Travelports current commitment with SilkAir to five years. SilkAir operates scheduled services from Singapore to 29 destinations across 11 countries in Asia.

SilkAir today launched flights to Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang province in China. Hangzhou is the 48th destination in SilkAirs network, extending the airlines reach to eight destinations in China. SilkAirs other Chinese destinations include Changsha, Chengdu, Chongqing, Kunming, Shenzhen, Wuhan and Xiamen.
