Colombia's Avianca Airlines has ordered three Boeing 787 Dreamliners. The order is valued at approximately $620 million at published list prices. With this latest order, Avianca's total 787 order count is 15, which includes the 12 787s ordered in 2007. The total order value stands at more than $3.1 billion.

Etihad Airways is adding its signature luxury chauffeur service for premium customers travelling to and from Milan Malpensa International airport in Italy. The complementary limousine transfers begin 20 November 2012, and are available uniquely to Diamond First and Pearl Business class customers.
38. MasterCard Celebrates its First ATM Transaction in Myanmar
The first ATM installed in Myanmar has also become the first to accept an international payments card. The transaction was made using a MasterCard card at the headquarters of CB Bank on the corner of 23rd Street and Strand Road in Yangon. Ascott has secured a contract to manage its first Citadines-branded serviced residence in Chengdu, China.
