Outrigger Mauritius Beach Resort has started renting electric bikes to guests. The resort has entered into a partnership with Electro-bike Discovery, a provider of electrically assisted bicycles. An electric bicycle is not a motorbike. It is primarily a bicycle, but it has an electric motor which provides a boost when needed. At full speed the bike can go 25km per hour.

Whitbread has secured two new Premier Inn hotels in Germany, one in Leipzig and the other in Hamburg.
