Marco Polo Hotels Appoints Juliette Lim as Vice President of Human Resources

Marco Polo Hotels has appointed Ms. Juliette Lim as Vice President of Human Resources.

Juliette has more than 20 years of experience in talent management, process improvement, brand management and quality assurance.

She has worked with several international hotel groups including Starwood Asia Pacific as Regional Director, Talent Development & Culture.

In the last five years, Juliette was based out of Macau setting up and opening Starwood’s flagship, the 4,000-room Sheraton Grand Macau and most recently, leading the hotel opening and simulation function as Executive Director of The St. Regis Macau.

She also facilitated the talent development strategies, succession planning, service culture transformation and conducted senior management workshops in more than 70 properties and supported the opening of 15 properties in Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam and Greater China.

In her new role with Marco Polo Hotels, Juliette will be driving the group’s succession plans to build a talent pipeline across all levels as part of the overall talent management strategy.
