[HD video below] Exclusive HD video interview with Mr Willam J. Ko, Chairman of the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon Organising Committee.

In this interview, filmed at the Kowloon Cricket Club on 26 February 2013, we ask Mr Ko for his thoughts on the 2013 Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon which took place on Sunday, 24 February.

We ask Mr Ko how many took part in the race, and how he plans to grow the number of participants from not only Hong Kong itself, but also from overseas.

You will learn whether the route may change in 2014, why the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon takes place on a Sunday and not a Saturday as marathons tend to elsewhere, and why it starts so very early in the morning.

You will also discover what challenges the organisers face, how they plan on growing the event, whether Victoria Park is the best place for the races to end, what the dates are for the 2014 Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon and much, much more.
