Irelands Denis Lynch Wins Prix Airbus at Longines Hong Kong Masters

Ireland's Denis Lynch won the Prix Airbus at the Longines Hong Kong Masters on Friday afternoon.

Riding his chestnut speedster Night Train, Lynch flew around the course in a blistering 53.14 seconds.

After a more calm and collected style, German's Philipp Weishaupt was the runner-up aboard his mare Souvenir 29 (54.71 sec).

The UK's renowned speed rider Laura Renwick, who held first position after her round, eventually finished third on Parvati de Breve.

The prize money for the Airbus competition was US$ 33,000.
