Gavin Sachouda Murugan and Padmini Mangunta Join Thanyapura

The Thanyamundra Organic Resort in Khao Lak, Thailand, has appointed Gavin Sachouda Murugan as Resort Manager. Ms. Padmini Mangunta has been appointed as the group’s Online Communications Director.

As well as his role of manager at Thanyamundra, which is located against the stunning backdrop of Khao Sok National Park, just two hour’s drive north of Phuket International Airport, Mr Murugan takes on the integral role of Director for Quality Assurance for the Thanyapura Group.

Mr Murugan joins Thanyamundra Organic Resort from his 14 years with One&Only Luxury Resorts where he more recently occupied the positions of Executive Head Butler and Director of Butler Services.

As Thanyapura’s Online Communications Director, Ms Mangunta joins the group from her role as a producer and an editor with NBC Universal and iVillage. Her role at Thanyapura is crucial in terms of conveying the group’s vision across the web and social media platforms, as well as attracting guests to its numerous first-rate amenities.
