Finnair has extended the operating period for both its Chicago and San Francisco routes. The Helsinki-Chicago route has been extended until 3 December 2018 with two weekly flights. Originally, the route was set to operate from 19 April until 27 October. Finnair started a seasonal service to Chicago during the summer of 2015.

Sabre has signed a global distribution partnership with Scoot-Tiger Airways. Sabre’s technology will enable Scoot-Tigerair to maximise its reach through the Sabre Travel Marketplace, connecting them to more than 425,000 travel agents globally.
160. SAS Completes PDP Financing for Five Airbus Aircraft with DVB
SAS has secured a Pre-Delivery Payment Financing Facility (PDP Facility) with DVB Bank covering a portion of the pre-delivery payments that SAS is making for five Airbus A320neo aircraft. The PDP Facility is structured as a revolving credit facility under which SAS may draw up to US$46 million.
