Spasso in Bangkok celebrates 10th Anniversary

The award winning and renowned Italian restaurant cum nightclub, Spasso at the Grand Hyatt Erawan in Bangkok is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a new catch phrase - "Take A Fresh Look".

Ms. Pajaree Bhatayanond, Marketing Communications Manager of the hotel commented, "We want to remind our guests of the basic ingredients that have lead to Spasso's 10 years of success - superb Italian food, great entertainment, live music and making sure everyone has a really good time."

Resident Chef Stefano Di Salvo and team have created new menus of authentic Italian cuisine, prepared in Spasso's immaculate show kitchen. These include classic dishes like Caesar Salad, Carpaccio and Saffron Risotto as well as some long-time Spasso favourites with a Thai twist such as Fusilli with prawns, spinach, fried garlic, pesto and chilli. 

And don't forget the freshly baked pizzas from the wood-fired clay oven.

Spasso's Buffet Lunch, with new choices of main course each day, is a preferred choice for business executive luncheons. The Dinner menu offers a wide variety of a la carte dishes blessed with a loving Italian touch. Sunday Brunch is the highlight of the week, an extensive buffet of Italian dishes and wines for the whole family.

Every night, this innovative restaurant is transformed into a high energy, music venue bouncing to the lively sounds of International bands from around the world, whose dynamic beats gets everyone up for dancing until the early hours. Skilled bartenders at the two show bars prepare creative chilled and tongue-tingling cocktails. Late night snacks are also available.
