Sustainable Hotels and MICE Interview with Grace Kang of Greenview Hospitality - HD

[HD video and podcast below] Exclusive HD video interview with Grace Kang, Managing Partner of Greenview Hospitality.

In this interview, filmed in Singapore on 20 October 2016, we ask Grace what Greenview does, and how far down the road to sustainability the hotels and the MICE industry here in Asia Pacific are.

Grace tells us why it is important for the hotel and MICE industries to take sustainability seriously and improve their practices.

We talk about what hotels can do to improve sustainability, which countries within the region are the most sustainable, and in what ways the MICE industry can be more sustainable.

Grace also tells us about the Hotel Owners for Tomorrow (HOT) coalition, who the founding partners are, and what it is trying to accomplish. Hotel Owners for Tomorrow will be officially launched at HICAP in Hong Kong on 21 October 2016.

We also discuss Greenview's most recent Green Lodging report and you will find out how many hotels participated this year, and get an idea about what some of the results are. The official results from the report will be released in November.

We ask Grace about how hotels can get involved in the next Green Lodging Report and whether it costs anything and what the hotels that do participate can expect to get from it. We also talk about language and you will learn what Greenview plans to do to improve in this area. All this and much, much more in the video.

Special thanks to Criteo for helping to make this video interview possible.
