Travel agencies in Asia Pacific can now book AirAsia Zest through Amadeus.

AirAsia Zest serves domestic destinations of Kalibo (Boracay), Puerto Princesa (Palawan), Cebu, Davao, Tagbilaran, and Cagayan de Oro in the Philippines and international points in Asia including China and South Korea.

AirAsia Zest joins the rest of the AirAsia group who are already available in the Amadeus system. The airline will be available on Amadeus and easily accessible to travel agents in their traditional booking flow. Travel agents in Asia Pacific can offer travellers a multi-destination journey using a combination of AirAsia airlines, all in the same booking and passenger name record (PNR).

Mikee Romero, Chairman, AirAsia Zest said, “We are delighted to work with an industry leader like Amadeus as we strive to become the leading airline organisation in the Philippines. Amadeus’ extensive network of travel agencies will help us reach more travellers, both business and leisure, which is critical for us to take our business to the next level.”

Angel Gallego, President, Amadeus Asia Pacific added, “This development marks a major step forward for Amadeus as we continue to strengthen our LCC portfolio to help our travel agency customers cater to the growing pool of budget-conscious travellers. We are proud to be chosen to support AirAsia Zest’s expansion throughout Asia, improving its distribution reach.”
