Eastin Residences Muscat Celebrates 1 May 2012 Opening with Promotion

The Eastin Residences Muscat is celebrating its 1 May 2012 opening with special introductory rates starting from OMR 50 per room per night for a standard room inclusive of breakfast, free Wi-Fi and other benefits.

The Eastin Residences Muscat is located on the beach road connecting Al-Seeb and Al Athaiba in the north of Muscat. Just within walking distance of the beach, 10 minutes drive to/from Muscat International Airport and 5 minutes from WAVE Tourism project and a future 18-hole internationally design golf course by Greg Norman.

The 50 residences consist of 24 standard rooms, 16 studios and 10 two-bedroom apartments with sizes ranging from 20-84 sqm.

All are designed for modern living with deluxe amenities, luxury beddings, shower, wireless internet access, satellite feed with deluxe TV channels, direct dial phone service, refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities, air conditioning individual control and safety box in room.

For dining, the Four Corners multi ethnic restaurant is open all day for both in-house guests and outside patrons, serving buffet breakfast and a la carte for lunch and dinner. The buffet breakfast features variety of cold dishes such as cheeses, cold cuts, cereals, yoghurts and salad with a choice of local or western hot dishes cooked to order and guests’ preferences. A la carte menu for lunch and dinner consists of international, Asian and local favorites.

The Pool Bar on the top floor, will serve snacks, specialties and drinks such as shakes and frappes, mocktail with soda, freshly squeezed vegetable juices and more to help guests energize and relax during the day or after work out. A special selection of tea and coffee plus Turkish coffee is also available for guests to enjoy.

Other facilities include the swimming pool and large gym. For meetings and events there are two meeting rooms with a large party hall to accommodate medium-size group meetings and local events for up to 150 guests.

Free internet access is also provided for guests as well as a business center to serve all of the business travellers’ needs.

Weekly and monthly rates are also available. The special rate above is subject to taxes and service charge. The offer is valid until 31 October 2012, and terms/conditions apply.
