Aston to Open Three Hotels in Tangerang; Launch New Brand

Aston International and PT. Paramount Land Development have celebrated the topping off of the Aston Paramount Residence and the ground breaking of the favehotel Paramount Serpong and the Hotel NEO Paramount Skyline.

The Aston Paramount Residence is the tallest building in Gading Serpong and will offer 124 serviced apartments in one, two and three bedrooms configurations, an all day dining restaurant, meeting rooms and recreational facilities containing an outdoor swimming pool and well equipped gym.

The new Aston Residence sits right next door to the well known Aston Paramount Serpong Hotel & Conference Center and is just across the street from the Gading Serpong Shopping Mall making the malls extensive facilities easily accessible.

The Favehotel Paramount Serpong will be part of Aston’s rapidly expanding select service favehotel group and will offer 120 guest rooms, several meeting rooms, a restaurant and a coffee shop.

The Hotel NEO Paramount Skyline is part of an entirely new hotel brand Aston is in the process of launching. Aston's aim for NEO is to combine the value of an international standard economy class hotel with up to the minute technology and the latest trends in hotel design featuring open and uncluttered spaces, organic shapes and communal spaces intended to foster social interaction. The first NEOs are set to open soon throughout various locations in Bali, Jakarta and Yogyakarta.

Tangerang is a city in the Province of Banten, Indonesia and has a populating or approximately 1,5 million people. It is located about 25 km west of Jakarta. It is the third largest urban center in the Jabodetabek region after Jakarta and Bekasi. In recent years the urban expansion of Jakarta has covered Tangerang and as a result many of its residents commute to Jakarta for work, or vice-versa. Many high-class and middle-class satellite cities have been developed in Tangerang, complete with their own shopping malls, private schools and convenience centers.
