ANA Hotel Singapore opens new restaurant

The next time you visit ANA Hotel Singapore, you will be able to enjoy fine Chinese cuisine. All made possible with the opening of TOP Of The Plaza Chinese Restaurant at Nassim Rooms (former Hubertus Grill) on 26 August 2002.

Consistently voted one of Singapore's top Chinese restaurants, TOP is renowned for its excellent Chinese cuisine.

A veteran in the industry, restaurant owner Robert Chan is known to introduce the best Abalone, Bird's Nest and fresh Shark's Fin from Japan, as well as creating innovative dishes with many of his personal recipes.

"Our guests will be pleased with the added choice of food & beverage outlets at the hotel." says Norio Takizawa, General Manager of ANA Hotel Singapore.

With a 150 seating capacity, the brand-new TOP has an ambience of Classical Chinese restaurant. The entrance is marked by a niche of the world's largest shark fin.

To celebrate its grand opening at ANA Hotel Singapore, TOP is offering a selection of set lunch menus at $18, $30 & $45 per person. Tim Sum (TOP's inventive name for Dim Sum) items range from $3 to $3.50. Eight specially prepared set menus are also available from $38 to $338 per person. There is also a grand opening set menu for ten at a special offer of $498 (regular price $888). Menus are attached. Please note that all prices are subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes including GST.
