Cathay Pacific Airways today announced the official launch of a toll-free telephone hotline to improve its service for the increasing number of Cathay Pacific passengers travelling to and from the Chinese mainland.

The hotline gives customers added convenience to contact Cathay Pacific directly in Hong Kong. Anyone calling the number 10800-852-1888 will be connected free of charge to the airline's Hong Kong reservations office where they can check the latest Cathay Pacific flight information as well as the airline's products and services. The hotline will be open every day from 7am to 11pm.

Cathay Pacific General Manager Sales Hong Kong & China Dane Cheng said: "More and more people are using Hong Kong as their gateway to and from the Chinese mainland. The toll-free hotline is another way in which Cathay Pacific can improve its service to passengers and provide information about the airline's regional and international network.¨

Cathay Pacific offers scheduled passenger and cargo services to more than 60 destinations in Asia, Europe, North America and the Middle East. The airline is also a founding member of the oneworld alliance whose combined network covers 570 destinations in 135 countries.
