Appointment of DSM, FBD and DOS (Travel Trade) in Regal Hongkong Hotel

Mr. Daniel Pauwaert, Vice President of Regal Hotels International and General Manager of Regal Hongkong Hotel is pleased to announce the promotion of Ms. Celia Mak to Director of Sales & Marketing, the appointment of Mr. Neil Wong as Director of Food & Beverage and Mr. Thomas Ng as Director of Sales (Travel Trade).

Ms. Celia Mak brings 14 years of hotel Sales & Marketing experience to Regal Hongkong Hotel as Director of Sales since last May. Having contributed to a significant increase in business revenue since joining the hotel, Ms. Mak is promoted to Director of Sales & Marketing this January. She will continue to boost the business and market the hotel as a luxurious five-star hotel for both leisure and business in local and oversea markets.

Mr. Neil Wong joined Regal Hongkong Hotel in February as Director of Food & Beverage. In his new capacity, he oversees the whole F&B operations and develops marketing strategy for the 7 food and beverage outlets in the Hotel. His rich experience, some 20 years, in Shangri-la Hotel group provides him with solid strength not only in managing every aspect of the F&B operations but also contributing to the grand opening of Zeffirino, our new Italian restaurant and the re-engineering of the Chinese outlets.

Mr. Thomas Ng joined the Hotel along with his 11 years experience specifying on travel trade business in the hotel industry and his last position was the Assistant Director of Sales in Holiday Inn Golden Mile. Mr Ng, with his sounded background in the industry, will contribute to greater travel trade business in his new capacity as the Director of Sales (Travel Trade) in Regal Hongkong Hotel.
