NEW DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING FOR SOL LOVINA

Mr. Munadir Syah, General Manager of Sol Lovina in Bali, Indonesia today announced the appointment of Mr. Wayan Budiarsa as Director of Sales & Marketing.

As Sol Lovina's new Director of Sales & Marketing, Mr. Budiarsa will be responsible for spearheading sales and marketing efforts for the 129-room resort. Among Mr. Budiarsa's immediate priorities will be to manage the hotel's international corporate and travel trade accounts.

Mr. Budiarsa brings to Sol Lovina close to 10 years experience in the hospitality industry. He has held senior sales positions with a number of Balinese hotels, including the Kuta Timur Resort, Hotel Bali Sani and the Hotel Intan Bali Village.

Prior to his appointment at Sol Lovina, Mr. Budiarsa was Director of Sales for both the Century Saphir and the Century Mabisa Bali.

A native Balinese, hailing from Singaraja, Mr. Budiarsa is a graduate of Hotel & Tourism Management from the University of Udayana.

Sol Meli has signed contracts to take-over and manage a further 80 hotels by the year 2002.
