The Oberoi, New Delhi and The Oberoi Mumbai win Business Traveller Asia Pacific’s "Best Business Hotel" Award

The Oberoi, New Delhi and The Oberoi, Mumbai, leading business hotels of The Oberoi Group have both been conferred the much coveted "Best Business Hotel" award for the Year 2001 by Business Traveller Asia Pacific.

The Award is based on a readers’ survey that takes into account various parameters offered by a hotel such as facilities, food, location and service and then evaluates a value based on the ranking in each category.

Business travellers voted both the Oberoi properties in Delhi and Mumbai across all parameters and ranked the hotels top on the list in their respective cities.

International recognition was also accorded to The Oberoi, New Delhi when it was chosen the ' Best Business Hotel’ in New Delhi by the 5th Annual "Travel & Leisure World's Best Awards," held in September 2000. The widely acclaimed Gallivanter’s Guide, in its June 2001 edition gave The Oberoi, New Delhi a ‘highly recommended’ rating and labelled The Oberoi, New Delhi as the Hotel ‘that serves you the best in Delhi.’

The Oberoi, Mumbai has recently been ranked as one of the "Best overseas Business Hotel" by the Conde Nast Traveller 2001 Reader’s Travel Award. The hotel has also been chosen in the past as the " Best Hotel in Mumbai" by a Business Traveller Poll conducted by Finance Asia and as the "Best Business Hotel" by the readers of Asian Wall Street Journal.
