GRAHAM HORNEL APPOINTED AS GROUP CEO

International Tourism Consultancy, The Questbay Group, has appointed Graham C. Hornel as Group Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Hornel was Foundation CEO of the Indian Ocean Tourism Organisation (IOTO) and managed the IOTO Secretariat in Western Australia for six years until it recently relocated to the Republic of Seychelles. Prior to his appointment as IOTO CEO and Secretary General, Graham Hornel was a Staff Director with the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) in San Francisco, California for 14 years.

The new Perth-based company has been established to offer specialist consultancy services to the international travel, tourism and aviation industries. Comprising of ten Associates from five countries including the CEO, each of whom have more than 20 years’ executive experience in international tourism. The Questbay Group will also have its specialist consultancy service capabilities enhanced through the direct support of its Global Affiliates Network and links with long-established tourism companies. Initially, the Group will operate primarily in South East Asia and in and around the Indian Ocean Region.

The Questbay Group has launched a new Internet Web site at: www.questbay.com in support of its initial corporate marketing and communications activities.
