Cathay Pacific Holidays launches Discover Sapporo Package

Cathay Pacific Holidays has launched a new tour package to celebrate the start of Cathay Pacific Airways' new direct service between Hong Kong and Sapporo which starts on 2 December. Asia Miles members who depart on the "Discover Sapporo" package on or before 16 December will earn double Asia Miles as a bonus.

The four-day Discover Sapporo package takes passengers into the heart of Japan's most popular tourist destination. It includes a round trip Economy Class ticket on Cathay Pacific, three nights accommodation at a choice of four hotels, daily breakfast, travel insurance, and Hong Kong airport security charge. Prices start from as little as HK$5,090.

The hotel options include the Century Royal Hotel, the Keio Plaza Hotel, the Renaissance Sapporo, and the Sapporo Grand Hotel. Passengers can also enjoy day trips to four popular tourist destinations around Sapporo, namely Otaru, Rusutsu, Jozankei or Norboribetsu.

Asia Miles members who purchase the Sapporo package and depart on or before 16 December this year will also earn an extra 2,000 Asia Miles on top of the original 2,000. They can also enjoy a number of additional benefits including a HK$300 travel coupon, a round-trip Airport Express Line (AEL) ticket and a dinner buffet coupon.

Sapporo is renowned for a wealth of natural and cultural attractions including the February snow festival, ski resorts that have hosted the Winter Olympic Games and hot springs that draw millions of visitors each year. In the summer, Sapporo's attractions include hiking, camping and golfing.
