CENTURY EXPANDS TO KOREA

Expanding its presence in Asia Pacific, Century International Hotels will operate Centerpointe Seoul which is scheduled for opening early next year in Korea. This brings the number of properties in Century International Hotels portfolio to 21, with a total of 6,005 rooms.

The 121 suites at Centerpointe Seoul will be developed by SGS Construction Technology Resources, Inc. and operated in conjunction with Century International Hotels. Each suite comes with a separate living room, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. This 13-storey property will feature several food and beverage outlets including a Steak House, Japanese restaurant, Wine Bar and a Health Club Lounge. Recreational facilities will include an exercise room, an aerobics room, as well as a separate sauna for males and females. A jogging track and viewing gallery located on the rooftop will offer guests a panoramic view of the city as the property is located right in the heart of Seouls central business district, near one of the most famous intersections - a spectacular plaza where five main streets converge.

Centerpointe Seoul is near the financial district of SoGong Dong, where the Bank of Korea, headquarters of many commercial banks and securities houses are located. It also faces Shinsegae & Lotte Department Store, and two major commercial areas namely Myung-Dong and NamDaeMun marketplace. With the U.S. and Chinese embassies located nearby, guests at Centerpointe can enjoy its luxury and convenience to the greatest extent, yet be assured of the utmost in privacy and security. Centerpointe Seoul is located at 41 Sokong-Dong, 111-1 Namdaemunro 2-Ga, Chung-Ku, Seoul.
