HORIZONS BY MARRIOTT VACATION CLUB UNVEILS FIRST RESORT IN ORLANDO

MVCI Redefines the Vacation Ownership Industry Again

Horizons by Marriott Vacation Club (Horizons) – the newest concept of Marriott Vacation Club International (MVCI), the Vacation Ownership division of Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE:MAR) – announced today the opening of its first resort in Orlando, Fla. Located within minutes of the attractions area, Horizons at Orlando showcases 102-two-bedroom/two-bath villas and will offer a total of 900 upon completion.

“We’re proud to introduce our first Horizons resort to our new owners and the industry,” said Bill Phillips, senior vice president, Horizons brand management. “With Horizons being created by the active vacationer for the active vacationer, we will be providing unparalleled amenities and features for families to play and relax together at an exceptional value.”

Guests will enjoy features such as: two bedroom/two bath villa (1,082 square feet); fully-equipped kitchen/dining area and living room; in-room washer/dryer; Horizons Harbour,SM swimming pool with interactive pirate ship; and WaterWorks,SM outdoor water playground.

Other exciting options in development, include: The CarPool, on-site car wash; CineMa’s,SM multi-tiered movie theatre; and Putt-of-Course,SM miniature golf course. Villa prices start at $9,900 per week of ownership.

Usage benefits allow owners to enjoy priority exchange of vacation week(s) within Horizons or MVCI’s collection of resorts worldwide. Additionally, owners can trade their week(s) for Flex Anytime Award Certificates through Horizons Flex Awards, trade for Marriott Rewardsâ points or exchange within Interval Internationals system of 1,800 resorts in more than 75 countries.
