The Jebel Ali Hotel & Golf Resort Enhances the Autumn Golf Special

Travel News Asia Date: 14 November 2001

The Special Autumn Golf Rates at the Jebel Ali Hotel & Golf Resort now include an irresistible family special, which is bound to entice golfers over for a nine or eighteen hole play.

Golfers can play a nine-hole round for only Dhs. 90 and eighteen-holes for only Dhs. 165. Family members who are not golfers can still enjoy the beauty and privacy of the Jebel Ali Hotel & Golf Resort for the day, with free access to the 800-metre-long beaches and to the three temperature-controlled swimming pools. The Jebel Ali Hotel & Golf Resort offers the only temperature-controlled seawater pool in the Gulf, a welcome feature during the cooler months.

Children and adults alike can delight in watching the majestic peacocks and loveable ducks, only two of the bird species found at the resort. Some 250 peacocks roam freely throughout the landscaped grounds.

After all the day's activities, hunger pangs are bound to set in, and lunch or dinner can be enjoyed at 20% off at any of the operating outlets at the resort. For those keen on dedicating the entire afternoon to sun or shade lounging, the beachside Captain's Bar may be the ideal quick lunch venue.

The Autumn Golf Special runs through 15 December 2001, and also features a 10% discount on a pre-booked golf lesson -- for those still trying to perfect their game -- when you book a round of golf.

The Club Joumana also features a fully computerised swing analysis room with instant playback capabilities, which can help even dedicated golfers to perfect their swing under the guidance of resident PGA certified golf instructors.

For more information call the Club Joumana Golf Reception on 04-883 6000.
