SIX CONTINENTS HOTELS MAKES TWO SENIOR INTER-CONTINENTAL APPOINTMENTS

Six Continents Hotels has announced two new senior appointments as part of its commitment to the continued development of Inter-Continental Hotels and Resorts, which number 130 properties around the world, including 47 in the Middle East and Africa.

Paul Simmons is appointed to the role of vice president, Inter-Continental brand, a new role within Six Continents Hotels. Simmons was previously marketing director with Movies on the Move, an international mobile entertainment company. He has also held senior brand and marketing roles on a UK and global basis for world-class companies including Kellogg, Unilever, S.C.Johnson Wax, Proctor & Gamble, and Minit PLC.

Jacqueline Moyse has joined the Inter-Continental brand team as director, global brand development. This is also a new role that has been created to enhance coordination of future brand development. Moyse was previously director, human resources development within Six Continents Hotels' human resources team. Prior to this she was global director of training and development for Inter-Continental and Crowne Plaza.
