China Southern Airlines Opens Seven New Sky Pearl Club Service Centers; At Major Metro Airports; Instant FFP Membership Cards Issued

China Southern Airlines (NYSE: ZNH) (HKSE: 1055), the largest airline in The People's Republic of China is pleased to announce the opening of seven new Sky Pearl Club Service Centers located within major airport locations throughout China.

Newly opened are Sky Pearl Club Service Centers at major airport locations throughout China, including Baiyun International Airport in Guangzhou and Beijing Capitol Airport as well as regional airports in Wuhan, Haikou, Shenzhen and Zhengzhou - all providing a vast slate of convenient new customer services.

China Southern Airlines' Sky Pearl Club is the fastest growing frequent flyer program in China with more than 500,000 members.

At each new Sky Pearl Club Service Center, passengers can sign up for and instantly receive their permanent Sky Pearl Club membership card and immediately begin accruing FFP mileage. Current Sky Pearl Club members can check their mileage balances or make a claim for any mileage not credited.

Club managers will be on hand to answer any passenger question about their mileage or Sky Pearl Club policies and procedures.

"It is common place for passengers to fill out an FFP application form, get a temporary paper card and wait for weeks or longer while the permanent plastic card is processed and mailed. Not anymore," said Mr. Li Kun, Vice President, China Southern Airlines.

"The entire process for passengers to be issued their permanent plastic Sky Pearl Club card is about 3 to 5 minutes. Instant passenger service and communication is where we excel at China Southern. Our operation is completely computerized and is yet another great technological product to improve our passengers' experience with China Southern Airlines," added Mr. Li.
