Christmas Eve dinner at Marriott Café will feature many Christmas roasts such as smoked chicken, duck, veal, beef tenderloin, whole-poached salmon and snow fish fillet besides the traditional US turkey, rib of prime beef and glazed Virginia ham. Price is Baht 1,190 per person, plus tax and service, half-price for kids. Christmas crackers and party hats will be provided for all guests. Trio band and carol singer will be there to entertain you during dinner.

Offer traditional English Yuletide fare, with lunch and dinner buffets featuring Plump Roasted US turkey with chestnut stuffing, chipolata and lashings of rich gravy. There is a grand carvery with roast rack of lamb with fresh herbs, rib of prime beef with Yorkshire pudding, baked salmon fillet with citrus hollandaise and glazed ham with Longan honey. Lots of Thai delicacies too. Price is Baht 1,190 per person (lunch) and Baht 990 per person (dinner), plus tax and service, half-price for kids. Festivities include crackers, party hats, carol singing and Trio band during lunch and dinner.

Marriott Café has some real surprises in store. Goose Liver pan-fried with port wine and mushroom while you watch at the cooking station. A fresh seafood station with the oysters, prawns, yabbies, New Zealand mussels, and king crab on ice display before your eyes. Add to this veal, goose, scallops, imported European and Australian cheeses, imported berries and other fruits, and more. All this is priced at just Baht 1,590 per person, plus tax and service, including soft drinks and a glass of sparkling wine at midnight to welcome 2002. Kids half-price.
