The Golden Door Resort Spa, located at Cypress Lakes Resort in the Hunter Valley, is pleased to announce a series of 3 new lifestyle seminars on womens health. This highly successful program is purely designed to focus on womens needs. Encompassing many major areas of womens health and providing the tools, information and inspiration to make positive changes to your long term health and well being goals.

The 3 day packages includes: All gourmet vegetarian meals, Full activities schedule with professional tutors, Small and focused workshop seminars, Two ultimate pampering treatments, Luxurious accommodation in your spacious villa, All facilities available at Cypress Lakes Resort ie heated pool, spa, tennis etc

A practical and educational program, which will enable you to explore a diverse range of issues that include exercise type and intensity, food facts and myths, portion sizes, emotions and eating, PMS solutions, options for menopause, fat loss issues and body image.
