SOL MELIA'S ASIA-PACIFIC LEISURE PACKAGES ANNOUNCED

Travellers seeking an exotic getaway within Asia can enjoy a range of packages being offered by leading European hotel chain Sol Meliá. These packages include the spa package at Meliá Bali (Indonesia), an all-inclusive and spa package at Meliá Benoa (Bali, Indonesia), a Meliá Value package at the Meliá Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), a retirement package at Meliá Purosani (Yogyakarta, Indonesia), a Fitness Package at Meliá Hua Hin and a Special package at Meliá Panorama.

SPA PACKAGE

MELIA BALI

Meliá Bali, located on the shore of the Nusa Dua enclave - Bali's prestigious resort area - is offering a special three nights/four days spa package at a double occupancy rate of US$356.00++ per person per package for superior room accommodation.

With this package, guests can indulge in an hour-long traditional oil massage, a 30 minute reflexology massage, and use of the jacuzzi, and cool dip at the Spa at Meliá. Guests are also entitled to complimentary entrance to the Meliá Bali Cabaret, daily breakfast, fruit basket, a gift from Meliá Bali, a welcome drink and chilled towel on arrival, airport-hotel-airport transfers and a late check-out of up to 6:00pm (subject to availability).

This package is valid from July 1st through December 23rd 2000.

A triple supplement of US$118.00++ applies for the package.

ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE

MELIA BENOA

Offering travellers to Bali a quality, value for money holiday product, Meliá Benoa in Bali has announced their special four nights/ five days all-inclusive and spa package.

At a rate of US$280.00 nett per person based on twin sharing, the all-inclusive package includes superior room accommodation, daily meals from a choice of Meliá Benoa's three restaurants including breakfast, lunch and dinner, and special daily poolside snacks, a free-flow of juices, mineral water, soft-drinks, and local brand beer and liquor. Guests will also be entitled to one Javanese Lulur massage during their stay, a late checkout of 4:00pm and a special Meliá Benoa gift.

Guests will also be entitled to free use of the non-motorised water sports equipment including sailing, wind surfing, canoeing, and snorkelling, free use of the gym, and participation in in-house sporting activities such as water polo, volley ball, table tennis, billiards, and darts, and nightly evening entertainment including a Balinese cultural show, and a Broadway-style extravaganza. This package is valid until 31st October 2000.

Additional nights are charged at a rate of US$68.00 nett per person per night based on all-inclusive option.

MELIA VALUE PACKAGE

MELIA KUALA LUMPUR

Meliá Kuala Lumpur is offering their Meliá Value Package at a single or double occupancy rate of RM 160.00++ for superior room accommodation, RM178.00++ for deluxe room accommodation and RM195.00++ for super deluxe room accommodation. This package includes a welcome drink, unlimited happy hour orders when charged to room and a late checkout of 3:00pm. This package is valid until December 31st 2000 except for 19th to 23rd October 2000.

Meliá Purosani located in Yogyakarta, the cultural seat of Java is offering guests in their golden years (above 55 years) a special discount off the rack rate (US$150.00++) with their Yogya Retirement "Your Age Is Your Discount" Package. Guests will receive a discount off the rack rate equivalent to their age.

This offer also includes pool view rooms, return airport transfers, and a 50% discount on laundry. The package also includes hotel transfers to and from the airport.

The package is valid until October 31st 2000.

Meliá Hua Hin in Thailand is offering their two nights/three days Hua Hin Saving Package at a rate of US$145.00 nett single occupancy and US$175.00 nett double occupancy, both in seaview rooms. This package includes unlimited use of Meliá Hua Hin's fitness centre, daily buffet breakfast, and a complimentary lunch or dinner at one of Meliá Hua Hin's restaurants. This package also includes a welcome drink and fruit basket on arrival.

The package is valid through 31st October 2000.

Meliá Panorama in Batam is offering their Special Package at a rate of S$75.00 nett single/double occupancy. This package includes deluxe room accommodation, unlimited use of Meliá Panorama's sauna and fitness centre, daily buffet breakfast, pier-hotel-pier transfers, free coffee/tea and snacks at the Executive Panorama Lounge in Hang Nadim Airport and a late check-out of 3:00pm. This package also includes a welcome drink on arrival.

Executive floor upgrade is charged at S$45.00 nett.
