Passengers desiring extra space and comfort can experience 20 per cent extra overall space in British Airways' premier economy class - World Traveller Plus - from S$948 to Sydney and Melbourne and $1888 to London.

The sale runs from today until 5pm, 5 April 2004. The airfares are valid for travel between 15 April and 30 June 2004. To be eligible for the promotion, customers must pay and be ticketed within 48 hours of booking.

Stephen Limbrick, regional general manager for Qantas and British Airways South East Asia, said: "This is a great opportunity for Singaporeans to visit those places that they have never been to or want to visit again. The destinations include some of Australia's best-kept secrets such as Alice Springs and Hamilton Island, and for Europe there are over 40 diverse destinations to choose from, including Prague, Cork and Stockholm. With over two months of dates to choose from, now is the perfect time to book that dream holiday."
