Dubai conducts roadshows in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland

A series of roadshows in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland have been organized by the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) as part of its ongoing efforts to further promote and capitalize on its popularity in the Eastern and Central European market.

The roadshows, starting from October 25 to 27 are being held in Prague, Budapest and Warsaw. The shows will have 14 co-participants, comprising Dubai-based hotels and hotel apartments, tour operators, travel companies, in addition to the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA), who will be focusing on Dubai as a destination for all seasons and purpose.

The department is expecting nearly 700 travel trade visitors during the roadshows.

The first phase of the roadshows will take place on October 25 in Prague followed by a roadshow on October 26 in Budapest and conclude with one in Warsaw on October 27.

The DTCM organized a pre-event meeting for the co-participants of the roadshows to discuss the arrangements and share views with them. The meeting was addressed by DTCM Manager Overseas Promotions, Mr. Khalifa Ali Buamaim.

Raffle draws will be conducted in each city for two winners for a Dubai holiday tour during the roadshows. The raffle winners will be offered a four-day holiday package in Dubai. While Alpha Tour will co-sponsor the ground handling services, accommodation will be provided to the winners courtesy Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel and Al Bustan Centre & Residence.
