Washington's newest luxury hotel, the Mandarin Oriental, Washington D.C, is launching a unique travel package, “Mandarin Oriental Presidential Privilege,” designed for one couple to fête the 2005 Inauguration in unsurpassed style. 

Those looking to make a lasting impression on the occupants of The White House can indulge in this US$200,500 one-of-a-kind experience, available exclusively on January 17 – 21, 2005. Located on the exclusive top floor of the hotel, the ultra-luxurious Presidential Suite features spectacular views of the Potomac Tidal Basin, Jefferson Memorial and Washington Monument. Panoramic views from windows in the grand parlor include the National Cathedral, John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Lincoln Memorial, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington Cemetery, the Pentagon, Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, among other historical buildings and museums. With three bedrooms in total, this suite occupies 3,512 square feet and sells for US$ 8,000 per night.
