Hertz offers special deals on Prestige Vehicles in New Zealand

Travel News Asia 10 March 2004

Hertz is offering visitors to New Zealand a special rate of just NZ $115 per day to rent luxury vehicles from the Hertz Prestige Collection.

The special offer applies to the Jaguar X-TYPE sedan, Ford Fairlane Ghia or 4WD Ford Explorer, from 20 March until 30 June.

All of these vehicles are available from Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch airports and city locations, while the Ford Explorer is also available at Queenstown Airport and in the city.

Mr Murray Hodges, Managing Director, Hertz New Zealand Limited, said the Hertz Prestige Collection offers business and leisure travellers the opportunity of affordable luxury, particularly in the growth segment of short break holidays.

“New Zealand provides magnificent opportunities for driving holidays, particularly for the weekend or midweek short break markets,” said Mr Hodges.

“There is no better way to do so than in the comfort of a prestige vehicle, whether it be the renowned luxury of the Jaguar, the space and comfort of the Fairlane Ghia or the combination of comfort and 4WD agility offered by the Ford Explorer.”

Prestige vehicles are limited at these prices and some conditions apply. Price may change with Australian dollar fluctuations against the NZ Dollar.
