Dusit selects MICROS-Fidelio OPERA as Corporate IT standard

Dusit has selected MICROS Systems, Inc., a global leader in hospitality industry automation to supply information technology solutions, including Opera PMS for Front Office, Opera SC for Sales & Catering, and MICROS 3700 POS for restaurant outlets' point of sales.

Mr. Chanin Donavanik, Executive Director of Dusit Hotels & Resort remarked, "In line with our efforts to enhance guest experience with streamlined services and improving customer relationship management, we believe that MICROS-Fidelio OPERA captures best the data we need to better anticipate guest requirements.
