Novotel Hangzhou Hotel converted to Ramada Plaza Hangzhou

Ramada International Hotels & Resorts, a division of Marriott International, Inc. has announced that the Novotel Hangzhou Hotel has been converted to the Ramada Plaza Hangzhou under a franchise agreement with Hangzhou Haihua Hotel Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Zhejiang Haihua Group Company Limited. This is Ramada International’s 12th hotel in China. Plaza is Ramada International’s upper-tier lodging product, offering more luxurious amenities than the standard Ramada International hotel.

The hotel is offering a special opening rate of US$65.

Located on the northeastern shore of the West Lake in Hangzhou City Center, the Ramada Plaza Hangzhou is 31 kilometers from Hangzhou International Airport and four kilometers from the railway station.

The hotel has recently gone through an extensive renovation its lobby, Chinese restaurant and business floor rooms. For guests’ enjoyment, the hotel features a business center, executive lounge, nightclub, sauna, beauty salon, game rooms, fitness center, gift shop, retail stores and parking spaces.

In addition to the Chinese restaurant, the hotel offers a coffee shop and lobby lounge for guests’ dining and entertainment. For meetings and social events the Ramada Plaza Hangzhou has a new 350-seat banquet hall and three  smaller meeting rooms.

Ramada Plaza is designed to meet the needs of today’s travelers with luxury amenities and services. All Ramada Plaza hotels have in-room mini-bars, large televisions with at least two English language channels and a movie channel, sunrise check-in as early as 7 a.m., air-conditioning and climate control in every room, a 24-hour health club, concierge services in English and the local language, meeting space, at least one restaurant and bar, and 24-hour room service.

The Ramada Plaza Hangzhou maintains Ramada International’s five pillars, which are: a restful sleep, an invigorating shower, a well-trained staff, an exceptional level of cleanliness, and the “Ramada Mornings Breakfast” – a selection that is hot, delicious and easy.

The Ramada Plaza Hangzhou is the 12th Ramada hotel in China. The others are located in Dalian, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Nanjing, Shanghai,  hanghai-Pudong, Suzhou, Urumqi and Wuhan.
