Piotr Madej Joins The Andaman Langkawi as GM

Piotr Madej has joined The Andaman, a Luxury Collection Resort, in Langkawi, Malaysia, as General Manager.

With over 18 years of hotel management experience, Piotr has spent most of his career in Europe and worked at Hotel Bristol in Warsaw, also a Luxury Collection hotel, as EAM.

The Andaman resort, located between a 10 million years old rainforest and Datai Bay, is Piotr’s first assignment in Asia.

“Malaysia has always been one of the dream destinations that I planned on visiting, and Langkawi is a perfect destination to start with,” said Piotr. “I’ve heard great things, particularly the people and so far, everything has been true. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with so much hospitality that I felt like as if I was coming home.”

During his free time, Piotr enjoys running, cycling and swimming.
