AirAsia X has unveiled plans to launch direct
flights between Bangkok (DMK) and Tianjin (TSN), China.
AirAsia X will operate the route 4 times per
week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays, starting from 3
May 2019.
Nadda Buranasiri, Group Chief Executive Officer
of AirAsia X and CEO of AirAsia X Thailand, said, “Tianjin is China’s second largest city and is a
logical extension for AirAsia X Thailand after Shanghai. Apart
from being a travel-worthy place, Tianjin is also a gateway to
Beijing and a crossroad of tourism, trade and investment.”
To celebrate the new route, AirAsia X is
offering a
promotional fare starting from THB 2,590 one way. The promotion
can be booked up to 24 March 2019 for travel from 3 May 2019 to 26
October 2019.
Thai AirAsia X currently operates flights
between Bangkok and Brisbane, Shanghai, Tokyo (Narita), Osaka, Sapporo, Nagoya,
and Seoul.
