Minor Hotels Group Expands Avani Brand to Gold Coast of Australia

Minor Hotels Group has expanded its Avani brand to the Gold Coast of Australia, with the opening of the Avani Broadbeach Gold Coast Residences.

Occupying a prime beachside address on Surf Parade, the residences offer travellers an upscale hotel experience served in a private apartment with the choice of hinterland, ocean facing or premier sky-high ocean views.

Suites feature a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and laundry facilities, a relaxing lounge and dining area, a Smart TV, private balcony and complimentary WiFi.

The Avani Broadbeach Gold Coast Residences offers guests a mix of onsite facilities including a landscaped terrace, a private resident’s lounge, well-equipped gymnasium, an outdoor 25m swimming pool and a sundeck. An expansive ground-floor bar and restaurant will open in the first quarter of next year.

The Residences are within walking distance of the Oracle Boulevard which offers a thriving café and restaurant scene, retail therapy and spa treatments. The G: Link Tram is right on the doorstep of the residences and guests can ride in city-chic style to Broadbeach, northern Surfers Paradise, Main Beach and the Southport CBD.
