Tumi Appoints SVP / MD for Asia Pacific

Fernando Ciccarelli has been appointed Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Tumi Asia Pacific.

Previously with Coach, Inc. Fernando will be responsible for growing the Tumi brand in the region, specifically overseeing operations and overall business management in Asia Pacific.

Based in Hong Kong, Fernando will report directly to Jerome Griffith, Global CEO and President of Tumi.

He is a proven leader who brings with him years of direct retail experience in this region,” said Jerome Griffith, Global CEO and President of Tumi. “Fernando will continue to develop and streamline the business in Asia focusing on new opportunities for the brand and providing a world class customer experience.”

Prior to joining Tumi, Fernando spent over 15 years with Coach, Inc. He was most recently the CFO of Coach Asia, after having served in the same capacity in both China and Japan, respectively, and was responsible for financial planning, accounting, legal, and logistics.

At Coach, Fernando was also the interim General Manager of Coach Taiwan in 2012 and held roles in the New York corporate office in supply chain and operations.
