ZDirect, a company which specialises in property marketing solutions and hotel marketing automation, will launch its new Loyalty Management System at the 49th annual ITB Berlin, taking place from 4-8 March, at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds.

ZDirect will be conducting continuous demonstrations of its Loyalty Management System at Hall 6.1 / Stand 156, alongside its extensive portfolio of comprehensive hotel marketing automation solutions.

Like all ZDirect solutions, the integrated Loyalty Management System is fully customizable, and is designed with a variety of tools to help hoteliers maximize revenue, increase guest satisfaction, drive loyalty, and build long-term guest relationships.

A key component of ZDirect's powerful eCRM solution, the real time Loyalty Management System includes a variety of useful features, such as:

- Guest portal access from mobile devices;
- Points promotions and exclusions;
- Redemption catalog with full customization;
- Mobile notifications;
- Apple Passbook integration for digital reward cards;
- Social media account login and creation with Facebook and Twitter;
- Reports dashboard showing loyalty growth and redemption status;
- Ability for members to achieve status faster with stays at multiple properties within the group/chain.

With these mobile-friendly features, hoteliers can provide their loyalty program members with easy access to a variety of convenient features available through the Guest Portal on their own mobile devices. This includes the ability to set and manage account preferences, and receive mobile notifications of points, reward levels, etc. ZDirect's Loyalty Management System also provides social media login integration, multiple language support and third party integration with various reward platforms including Alaska Airlines, Aeroplan and more.

"Increasing guest recognition, relevance, convenience and satisfaction enhances loyalty, and loyalty is key to driving our business forward, maximizing revenue and achieving our long-term goals," said Sarah Kirby-Yung, executive director of marketing and communications for Coast Hotels, a Canadian-based hotel group with 39 franchised, owned, and managed properties in Western Canada and the Western U.S.. Coast Hotels implemented the ZDirect solution portfolio-wide in December 2014 in order to replace disparate systems with a streamlined, integrated solution encompassing all aspects of digital marketing.

"To better communicate with our guests, we needed to do away with disparate systems that didn't talk to each other," Kirby-Yung added. "We had one vendor managing our loyalty and rewards, others initiating our email campaigns and a third distributing surveys and reporting results. Doing business this way was very cumbersome, and it kept us from having a full view of the guest."

ZDirect's Loyalty Management System leverages a tight integration with the hotel PMS to streamline efficiency and provide hoteliers with a single view of guest profile data.

"Disparate systems create inefficiencies in both cost and communication," said ZDirect CIO Shayne Paddock. "By integrating the Loyalty Management System with our comprehensive eCRM and e-marketing tools, ZDirect can now provide complete hotel marketing automation on a single platform that gives our hotel clients valuable insight into their guests' needs and preferences, while identifying key trends that can help in making strategic business decisions."

ZDirect, Loyalty
