        	  Lynell Peck has been appointed as Director of 
			  Culinary Services of the International Convention Centre Sydney 
			  (ICC Sydney). 
			  A senior practitioner with more than 30 
			  years in hospitality and event management at leading five star 
			  venues, Lynell joins ICC Sydney following four years as Executive 
			  General Manager for Hospitality, Events and Operations at the 
			  Australian Turf Club. 
			  Lynell spent 17 years of her career with 
			  Australian Jockey Club Ltd across a variety of food and beverage 
			  roles that culminated with Executive Director for Hospitality and 
			  Events. 
			  “Combining Lynell’s Sydney expertise with the extensive 
			  international convention centre experience of our General Manager, 
			  Adam Mather-Brown, is a critical ingredient in delivering on ICC 
			  Sydney’s creative culinary philosophy. Dished up with the warmth 
			  of Sydney hospitality, the culinary team will deliver uniquely 
			  local, five-star food and beverage experiences to every event,” 
			  said Chief Executive Officer ICC Sydney 
			  and AEG Ogden Group Director for Convention Centres, Geoff Donaghy. 
			  “ICC Sydney will heavily support 
			  NSW local suppliers and regional farmers, and Lynell’s background
