dusitD2 Hotel to Open in Tianjin, China

Dusit Fudu Hotels and Resorts has signed a management agreement with Tianjin Antai Minsheng Culture Development Company Limited to manage a 400-room hotel in Tianjin, China.

dusitD2 Tianjin is located within the Society Hill project, currently being developed into a tourism and MICE destination.

The hotel is linked to a hot springs complex and a 10,000-square metre convention and exhibition centre, expected to open for business at the end of 2014.

Tianjin is the largest coastal city in northern China. It is approximately 30 minutes from Beijing by high-speed train. The city has more than 300 Fortune 500 companies and is an important hub for high-end industries such as electronic information engineering, automobiles, equipment manufacturing, wide-bodied aircraft assembly and new energy. Tianjin is also a major seaport and a gateway to China’s capital.

Located at Tianjin Hi-Tech Industrial Park, dusitD2 Tianjin is only 5 minutes by car from Tianjin South high-speed train station and the Beijing-Shanghai expressway, and approximately 50 minutes from Tianjin Binhai International Airport.
