VietJet Aviation has unveiled plans to launch flights between Vladivostok (Russia) and Hanoi in Vietnam.

Inaugural flights between Hanoi and Vladivostok will begin operating in May 2015, with three round trips per week.

The flight duration is approximately four hours per section.

Unique for its geographical location, Vladiovostok has become known as the “San Francisco of Russia”. Set against a mountainous backdrop, the city is home to breathtaking sceneries and stunning coastlines. Rich in culture and history, Vladivostok is an architectural mix of European, Soviet and Asian influences.

Since VietJet started its operations three years ago, the airline has doubled its commercial fleet, resulting in the transportation of approximately six million passengers thus far. VietJet currently operates 25 domestic and international routes.
