Rachael Thomas Joins Flight Centre as Team Leader for 'fc product solutions'

Flight Centre Global Product (FCGP) - Corporate has appointed Rachael Thomas as Team Leader for 'fc product solutions' (formerly known as Flight Centre Travel Group's Global Client Hotel Programs).

'fc product solutions' is an hotel contracting service provided by Flight Centre Travel Group's global corporate product division.

Rachael has over 23 years of diverse travel industry experience, with expertise in relationship management; domestic, regional and global partnership management; contract negotiation, and training and development.

Prior to joining Flight Centre Travel Group's global corporate product team, Rachael held the role of Program Manager at Lanyon Inc, where she provided management and consulting services to a portfolio of corporate customers.

Rachael also spent eight years with American Express International Inc. in a number of positions including Hotel Consulting Manager, Advisory Services.

Rachael plans to use her extensive skill set to further develop and grow the existing hotel services currently provided to Flight Centre Travel Group's corporate customers, both domestically in Australia and internationally through the FCm Travel Solutions global network.

In her role she will be focused on expanding the program's current product offering, enhancing existing relationships with suppliers and delivering exceptional results to the travel group's corporate customers.
