FCm Travel Solutions has launched new travel risk management (TRM) solutions in Australia.

Partnering with global intelligence company iJet International, FCm has expanded FCm Secure, its current TRM platform to provide customers with a solution that provides up-to-the-minute intelligence, automation, global visibility of travellers and higher emergency response service levels.

The FCm Secure product combines risk intelligence and a global response hotline, with FCms technology and operations, to provide customers with a suite of unique TRM solutions, developed especially for FCm clients.

The program is being progressively rolled out across FCm's global network and this month work starts on implementing the tool for FCm's Australian clients.

FCms General Manager Australia James Kavanagh said, "Tracking and protecting a mobile workforce requires sophisticated systems that are integrated, responsive and accurate, which is what FCm Secure provides for clients ... FCm Secure offers cost effective and scalable solutions that help companies effectively meet their duty of care obligations."

The expanded FCm Secure program will enable customers to develop a risk management program that suits their specific needs. FCm Secure is a triple-tiered program, offering free and paid options including:

Secure Start: a no cost program for FCm customers that acts as a starting point for building a customers individual TRM program. It includes itinerary-based traveller tracking; a colour coded risk map dashboard; GPS/mobile based traveller tracking; FCm global crisis communications process via email and SMS; subscription-based security alerts to travel managers; and security alerts available to travellers via FCms portal.

Secure Protect: is the combination of the base, no-cost Secure Start offering and additional paid features. Options include a communications feature giving client administrators the ability to send their own emails and SMS text messages to travellers from a traveller location report; automatic alert forwarding to travellers (where applicable), custom content email messaging, trip briefing tied to itinerary and automated report distribution.

Secure Outreach: a global response hotline available for clients that require crisis support above and beyond FCms regular after-hours emergency services. Eligible clients who purchase Secure Outreach have access to a hotline staffed 24/7 by a global response operation.

The no cost Secure Start is available for eligible FCm clients using FCms reporting tool Clientbank. Based on the Clientbank reporting platform FCm Secure will also integrate with other FCm traveller tools such as Portal and the FCm Mobile app.

Secure Start gives clients access to a range of free features that often come at a cost, including customised risk alerts and GPS based traveller tracking.
