George Siouty Joins Evason Ma段n Hot Springs as GM

Evason Ma段n Hot Springs in Jordan, an Evason property in the Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas portfolio, has appointed George Siouty as General Manager.

George Siouty comes from a five-year tenure as general manager of the Tadamora Palace in Palmyra, a property which he opened in 2008. The previous three years had seen him in Damascus as general manager in charge of three 5-star properties.

George began his hotel executive career as food and beverage manager with Le Meridien Hotels in Syria and Uzbekistan, before rising to general manger with Safir International Company in Syria. It was there that he also received two Ministry of Tourism awards for Best 5-Star Hotel.

His next roles were at the Alfahed Crown Hotel in Riyadh, the Bloudan Grand Hotel in Damascus and Paradise Inn Group in Alexandria, before returning to Damascus to open the Tadamora Palace in 2008.

At Evason Ma棚n Hot Springs George will oversee the day-to-day management of the 97-room property.
