The Last Remaining Penthouse at St. Regis Residences in Bangkok

Minor International has released for sale the last remaining Deluxe Penthouse at the St. Regis Residences, one of the most exclusive addresses on Rajdamri, Bangkok's residential real estate 'golden mile'.

The 4-bedroom Deluxe Penthouse, which costs THB 160,000,000, is located on the 40th floor and consists of 607-sqm of space.

The Deluxe Penthouse is being sold as a bare-shell, which allows the owner to create the exact look and feel he or she may desire.

Minor International Senior Vice President, Robert Collins said the group will be accepting expressions of interest and arranging viewings from this week, signaling the group's confidence that demand remains firm at the upper levels of the city's luxury market.

"Bangkok is still a highly undervalued market compared to other cities in the region," Mr Collins said. "At the 'very top end' in prime locations there simply are no longer plots available for projects of this quality."

The price of the Deluxe Penthouse, of which there are only four at the St. Regis Residences, is priced on the current lease expiring in year 2041.
