Outrigger has made the following two appointments to its global distribution team.

Kristopher "Kris" Honeycutt has joined Outrigger as corporate director, digital, while Marisa Guerrero is the company's new social media strategist.

As corporate director, digital, Kris oversees Outrigger's globally managed digital marketing assets and efforts and is responsible for digital asset strategy, development and implementation of technology, creative, content and analytics.

Kris joins Outrigger from MVNP (formerly Milici Valenti Ng Pack) where he was senior interactive director. Previously he worked with companies in various industries, holding the positions of graphic designer, web designer, creative director, custom experience manager and as a manager of web strategy and planning. He has written commercial software documentation, as well as co-authored web design-related books.

Kris studied graphic design and fine art photography and used his university degree as a springboard to explore and expand his knowledge on what he found to be his niche, the web.

In the newly created position of social media strategist, Marisa is responsible for developing strategies and executing action plans to establish a clear and strong global brand voice for Outrigger through social platforms and working directly with Outrigger properties to ensure consistency and best practices.

In addition to driving customer engagement, growing Outrigger's social following and creating high profile brand awareness through key social channels, Marisa also manages the company's global social media conversation that actively exchanges local experiences across the portfolio and articulates global brand positioning through frequent messaging.

Most recently, Marisa was social media strategist for Nautilus, Inc., in Vancouver, Washington, where she was responsible for the social media efforts for the brands under the Nautilus umbrella including Bowflex, Schwinn and CoreBody Reformer. Prior to that, Marisa was social marketing manager at Dachis Group where she worked with premier clients including Levi's, Disney Parks, Michaels Craft Stores and luxury One & Only Resorts; and public relations account manager for Gard Communications.

Marisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric & Media Studies with a minor in French from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.
