        	  Oakwood has confirmed that the Oakwood Premier 
			  Incheon, South Korea will open on 23 July 2014.  
			  Oakwood Premier Incheon is 
			  located in the heart of the Songdo International Business District 
			  (IBD), a designated Free Economic Zone. The property is adjacent 
			  to the city’s convention center (Songdo Convensia), shopping mall 
			  attractions including Lotte Shopping Town, Jack Nicklaus Golf Club 
			  and Incheon Art Center. Oakwood Premier Incheon is a 20-minute 
			  ride from Incheon International Airport when traveling via the 
			  Incheon Bridge that connects Yeongjongdo and Songdo. The residence 
			  is an easy subway ride to Seoul. 
			  The property brings the number of Oakwood 
			  branded properties in the Asia Pacific region to 28, and 
			  represents the company’s second Oakwood branded property in South 
			  Korea. 
			  Even before its opening, Oakwood Premier Incheon 
			  has won a place among the top partner hotels for the 17th Asian 
			  Games Incheon 2014, hosting officials from the Olympic Council of 
			  Asia and the National Olympic Committee.

			  Oakwood serviced apartments bring together the best of hotels and

			  Occupying floors 
			  36 through 64 of the soaring Northeast Asia Trade Tower 
			  skyscraper, the tallest building in Korea, the serviced 
			  residences boast panoramic views. The building’s 423 
			  apartments of varying sizes and layouts start from 47 sqm (505 sq.ft.). Each apartment is fully furnished and equipped 
			  with gourmet kitchen and, with the exception of studio units, have 
			  separate living rooms and bedrooms. A penthouse on the 
			  64th floor measures 371.6 sqm (4,000 sq.ft.) and 
			  offers opulent living with 
			  marble finishes, bathroom with steam sauna, elegant open-bar style 
			  kitchenette and stylish dining room. 
			  The property will 
			  feature the Oak Restaurant and Bar, as well as banquet facilities 
			  which include a ballroom. WiFi is available in all common areas 
			  and there is a business center and a fitness center.
